Oracle Cloud Expert

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team of Oracle Cloud consultants, specializing in HCM SCM and ERP technical domains. As an expert in these areas, you will implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud applications across various industries.

Key Responsibilities :

HCM Functional Consultant :

  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR Payroll Benefits Talent Management)
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, then translate them into system configurations
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for clients
  • Support testing, data migration, and post-go-live activities

SCM Functional Consultant :

  • Implement Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Inventory Procurement Order Management Manufacturing)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define supply chain processes and system requirements
  • Configure applications and support integration with other modules
  • Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues

    • ERP Technical Consultant :

  • Develop and customize Oracle Cloud ERP solutions using tools like OIC BI Publisher OTBI Visual Builder
  • Build integrations using REST SOAP APIs Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Design and deploy reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with functional teams to support end-to-end implementations

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM SCM or ERP Technical modules
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and data models
  • Experience with the implementation lifecycle : requirements configuration testing deployment
  • Proficiency in SQL PL / SQL Oracle development tools (for technical roles)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
