RPMS Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Onboard new customers by coordinating data integration, system configuration, and user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, operations, and customer success to enhance EDGE Live features and functionality.
• Ensure smooth data capture, accuracy, and validation from various plant sources and interfaces.
• Customize dashboards and reports to suit customer-specific KPIs (e.g., heat rate, APC, unit load efficiency).
• Interface with customers during and after deployment to gather feedback and drive continuous product improvement.
• Provide technical insights using plant performance data and remote monitoring tools such as EXACT-SPACE, EBSILON, PADO, or similar platforms.
• Utilize Python to automate calculations, integrate data sources, and improve tool efficiency (preferred).
