Minimum 5 years of experience in AI / ML and software development, with at least 2 years in Generative AI.

Proven delivery of 2+ GenAI-based solutions using OpenAI, Claude, or other LLMs in production environments.

Strong proficiency in Python and API development (REST, GraphQL).

Deep understanding of classic ML concepts : model selection, evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, bias mitigation, and interpretability.

Experience with MLOps and CI / CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Familiarity with AI / ML frameworks : Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.

Knowledge of data pipelines using AWS Glue, Data Factory, Databricks, or similar.

Understanding of agentic AI principles : LLMs, memory, reasoning, tool use, and autonomy as applied in AiDE Agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
