Key Responsibilities :
Identify new business opportunities across EV (2W / 3W), solar, and energy storage markets.
Lead dealer appointment, onboarding, and performance management across regions.
Build strong distribution networks and expand Liionergy's presence in untapped territories.
Develop channel sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Maintain and grow relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, resellers, and key accounts.
Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and demand forecasting.
Collaborate with marketing for lead generation, campaigns, and brand presence.
Drive team performance, provide training, and ensure structured reporting.
Ensure high customer satisfaction, service support coordination, and post-sales follow-up.
Qualifications & Skills :
5–8+ years of sales / marketing / channel development experience in EV, battery, automotive, or power industries.
Strong dealer / distributor management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
Target-driven, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to travel frequently.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
