Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with

any two cloud platforms :

AWS, Azure, GCP

Strong understanding and implementation experience with

CI / CD pipelines

GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Proficiency in

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

using

Terraform

Experience with

containerization

using

Docker

Experience with

container orchestration

using

Kubernetes

Knowledge of

Helm

for packaging and deploying Kubernetes applications

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience working with

Enterprise Linux

environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.)

Exposure to

GitOps tools

such as

ArgoCD

FluxCD

Familiarity with

monitoring & observability tools

such as

Prometheus ,

Grafana , or ELK stack

Understanding of cloud networking, load balancers, and security best practices

Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell, or PowerShell)

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain

scalable and secure cloud infrastructure

across AWS / Azure / GCP

Implement and optimize

CI / CD pipelines

to automate build, test, and deployment workflows

Provision and manage infrastructure using

Terraform

in a GitOps or IaC-driven environment

Build, containerize, and deploy applications using

Docker

Kubernetes

Configure and maintain

Helm charts

for application deployments

Monitor infrastructure health and performance using tools like

Prometheus / Grafana

Work closely with development and cloud architecture teams to ensure reliable and efficient deployments

Troubleshoot production issues and maintain high availability and uptime

Implement cloud and container security best practices

Participate in on-call rotations and root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents
