Responsibilities

Standardize delivery processes and QA practices across development and infrastructure teams to enhance efficiency and quality.

Take complete ownership of project estimation accuracy and cost control (especially for platform engineering – ensure efficient delivery and manage the budget including payroll).

Ensure optimal utilization of people and resources within the approved budget.

Build and nurture a motivated and high-performing team; plan recruitment and training activities.

Ensure adherence to pre-agreed SLAs with customers and consistently maintain high SLOs for customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing and new customer accounts.

Establish regular team rituals to foster collaboration and reduce knowledge silos across teams.

Conduct periodic quality audits to ensure high delivery standards.

Continuously evolve and improve internal processes to meet customer and team needs.

Qualifications

Strong background in hands-on development QA or infrastructure roles.

Proven experience in managing both development and infrastructure teams.

Hands-on experience in project cost estimation and budget management.

Experience in designing and scaling processes for growing teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in at least two languages including English.

Familiarity with Western cultures and prior experience working with Western clients.

Salary : 12–15 LPA (CTC) including performance-based incentives.

20 paid leaves annually after the probation period.

5-day work week (Monday to Friday) – Work from office location : Rajkot.
