Certinia Salesforce Developer

Description :

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce PSA), especially in workflow automation and end-to-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of workflow automation in Certinia PSA on the Salesforce platform.
• Drive full-cycle PSA implementations including requirement gathering, solutioning, configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful PSA rollout and post-go-live support.
• Automate complex business processes using Apex, Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce tools.
• Develop integrations with other systems as needed using Salesforce APIs.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
