Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced OpenText xECM Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ECM solutions using OpenText Extended ECM. This role requires deep technical expertise in OpenText platforms, a solid understanding of ECM strategies, and experience with system integrations across enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities :

• Lead ECM Architecture & Design : Architect and design OpenText xECM solutions tailored to the business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.
• Integration Expertise : Lead the integration of OpenText xECM with core enterprise systems like SAP, SharePoint, and others.
• Project Leadership : Guide the project teams through solution design, technical decisions, and ensure alignment with best practices in ECM.
• Stakeholder Management : Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Custom Development : Oversee customisation, configurations, and enhancements of OpenText xECM to meet specific business needs.
• Governance and Compliance : Ensure that ECM solutions adhere to organisational governance policies, regulatory compliance, and content management best practices.
• Mentoring and Team Collaboration : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Documentation : Develop and maintain architectural documentation, design blueprints, and technical specifications for all xECM implementations.
