Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor located in Ahmadabad. The Counselor will guide clients through the process of obtaining student visas, work permits, PR visas, and tourist visas, ensuring personalized support based on each client’s unique aspirations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, assessing eligibility, providing tailored advice, managing documentation, and addressing any concerns. The role also involves maintaining in-depth knowledge of visa processes, handling complex or previously refused cases, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, client consultation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of visa and immigration processes, including student visas, work permits, PR, and tourist visas
• Ability to assess documentation, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills for handling complex or previously refused cases
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with IELTS and PTE coaching is a plus
• Relevant experience in counseling, immigration, or education consultancy is preferred
• Degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field is advantageous
