Key Responsibilities

1 Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

• Execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple domains—Healthcare, IT, Hospitality, Construction, Real Estate, and Corporate.
• Source high-quality candidates using online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GulfTalent, etc.), networking, and referral strategies.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical, functional, and behavioral fit.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles and new projects.\
