. Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new delivery executives. . Conduct orientation sessions on customer service, delivery process, and food handling protocols. . Implement refresher training programs to reinforce safety and performance standards.Reporting & Cost Control
. Monitor key delivery KPIs such as on-time performance, delivery cost per order, and productivity per rider. . Track and report fuel usage, overtime, and fleet-related expenses. . Identify operational inefficiencies and implement cost-saving initiatives. . Submit regular performance and operational reports to senior management.
