Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

• Experience in administration and development of SailPoint IIQ
• Experience in dealing with customers directly and working in a global delivery model.
• Develop and maintain IAM operational documentation, process, and procedures. Participate in the development and maintenance of the IAM workflows that manage the provisioning of entitlements to end users
• Identify, document, and develop process improvements for functionality in Identity IQ like access requests for the identity lifecycle including joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
• Troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint Identity IQ-related functional and technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SailPoint data administration.
• Establish and maintain strong communication and collaboration between technical / engineering, functional, and business teams to ensure applications are successfully onboarded to IAM systems.
• Daily monitoring of tasks and system health to maintain application data and application integrations with SailPoint.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting periodic access reviews while working closely with IAM Teams
• Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications.
• Participate in internal and external audit activities by gathering and / or coordinating deliverables for necessary evidence and review and maintain documentation for future audits.
• Attend meetings and serves as an IAM liaison to the business units, as requested
• Experience in implementation, configuration and customization of Identity and Access Management system SailPoint IIQ.
• Strong experience in integration of enterprise and logical applications through various connectors.
