Job Title : Asst. Program Manager (Faridabad)
Organisation : Nimaya Foundation (Co-Founded by Navya Nanda & Samyak Chakrabarty) Location : Faridabad
Work Mode : On-ground, full-time (on-ground travel will not be required after 4 pm; other coordination is Work From Home).
Compensation : INR 15,000 - 20,000 per month
What’s exciting about this role?
As an Assistant Program Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the GenAI Ready Naari program , making sure it runs smoothly on the ground. You will help drive the program’s effectiveness by coordinating sessions, supporting trainers, tracking attendance and learner progress, and ensuring every detail is managed well.
This role gives you a front-row seat to see impact in action watching young women learn, grow, and apply GenAI tools in their lives. Your efforts in organizing, troubleshooting, and engaging with learners will directly shape the success of the program.
It’s a chance to work closely with our team and co-founders , contribute to a social-impact initiative, and build valuable skills in program management, field operations, and community engagement.

Background
Minimum 1 year of experience in the education sector, NGO, service industry, client servicing, CSR program management, operations, or field partnerships.Passion for learning and helping others succeed, with strong interest and experience in operations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi .Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively with learners, team members, and stakeholders.Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple learner cohorts in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, independent decisions and proactively manage tasks.Flexible and adaptable to changing program needs; open to occasional travel.Proficient with Google Suite and other digital tools; experience with Canva is a plus.Based in Faridabad , with willingness to travel to field locations.Your Core Responsibilities
Training and Program Delivery : Oversee high-quality program delivery, Build strong relationships with trainers and ensure training content and facilitation meet learner needs and program goalsCompliance Management – Track and manage compliance deliverables for funders on the ground like attendance & video testimonials, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to all organizational requirements.Learner Engagement & Support : Develop and implement learner engagement strategies, including direct communication (calls, meetings) to maintain active participation, monitor attendance, and address challenges promptly.Program Evaluation & Improvement : Continuously assess program effectiveness through learner feedback, testimonial collection, data tracking, and progress monitoring. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance impact.Data & Reporting : Maintain accurate program databases, track learner performance metrics, and prepare reports for internal review and external stakeholders.Administrative & Operational Leadership : Manage daily program operations, oversee administrative processes, and coordinate with the back-end team to ensure smooth execution of all program elements.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making : Take ownership of resolving operational and learner-related challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to program delivery..How to Apply
