Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled MS CRM Automation Tester with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing and automation tools like Selenium or EasyRepro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automation test scripts and ensuring the quality and performance of CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics CRM using Selenium or EasyRepro.

Validate business processes and workflows in MS Dynamics CRM through test automation.

Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Conduct regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing as required.

Analyze automation test results and provide regular test reports.

Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for MS CRM.

Required Skills and Experience :

Minimum 4 years of experience in automation testing .

Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MS CRM) testing.

Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium and / or EasyRepro .

Good understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, and plugins.

Familiarity with testing strategies like functional, regression, and system integration testing.

Experience in writing test plans, test cases, and defect documentation.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
