About the Role

We are looking for a motivated

Recruiter

to join our team at Selections HR. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and source relevant talent

Screen candidates via calls and assess fitment

Coordinate interviews and track hiring progress

Maintain candidate pipeline and closure reports

Build strong talent networks for future hiring

Requirements

1–10 years of recruitment experience (agency)

Strong communication and sourcing skills

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Energetic, target-driven, and process-oriented
