Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React and modern UI libraries.
• Develop and optimize server-side APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design efficient MongoDB schemas, perform query optimization, and manage database performance.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and session management.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote technical excellence within the team.
• Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver robust solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across all layers.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services as needed.
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and continuously improve development workflows.
