Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive branch sales, monitor performance, and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of 10+ members.
  • Forecast revenue (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and create action plans.
  • Lead sales presentations, product demos, and ensure timely closures.
  • Ensure payment collections as per company policies.
  • Provide market insights and strategy inputs to leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • MBA graduate with strong academics.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales / Acquisition / Retention .
  • Proven track record in team management (10+ members) over the last 3 years.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
