Role Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Manager with a proven track record of owning client accounts, driving P&L responsibility, and delivering success in corporate events, experiential marketing, and brand partnerships.
The role demands a strong sales leader who can :
- Secure high-value business deals with corporates and brands.
- Independently manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
- Take ownership of account P&Ls, driving both revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Lead teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects — from pitch to execution — across multiple event formats.

Revenue Generation : Achieve monthly & annual sales targets through corporate / brand event deals.Client Acquisition : Target decision-makers in FMCG, Tech, Automotive, Finance, Sports, and Lifestyle sectors.Relationship Management : Build long-term partnerships ensuring repeat business.Proposal & Pitch Leadership : Create winning presentations, proposals & budgets.Market Intelligence : Stay ahead with insights on industry trends & competitors.Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with creative, production, and operations teams.Event Planning & Execution : Oversee end-to-end delivery — logistics, budgets, vendors, and post-event reporting.Skills & Requirements :
