Team Member - Installation and Commissioning

We are seeking a skilled Installation and Commissioning Engineer with extensive experience in equipment installation and commissioning for module production lines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in pre-lamination, lamination, and post-lamination processes, ensuring seamless setup, testing, and optimization of module line equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, oversee, and execute the installation and commissioning of equipment in pre-lamination, lamination, and post-lamination areas of module production lines.

Conduct site assessments and ensure all pre-installation requirements are met for equipment deployment.

Calibrate and align machinery to meet technical specifications and ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the installation and commissioning phases.

Optimize processes in the pre-lam, lamination, and post-lam areas to enhance module quality and production efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including equipment suppliers, contractors, and in-house teams, to ensure seamless integration.

Train on-site teams in the operation and maintenance of installed equipment.

Document installation and commissioning procedures, technical specifications, and performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :

4-6 years of hands-on experience in equipment installation and commissioning for solar module production lines.

Technical Skills :

Strong expertise in pre-lam, lamination, and post-lam equipment and processes.

Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.

Familiarity with automation systems and control technologies used in module production.

In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in solar module manufacturing.

Soft Skills :

Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
