Job Purpose & Dimensions :
- Support One Renesas SCM Master data Project team to meet milestones & Project End Goal
- Support Data migration activities in Integration Project
- Support in User testing and validation of Master data according to the Project Plan
- Support Master data governance process
- Support Operational activities related to Master Data
Principal Accountabilities :
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with various teams across the organization to maintain, enhance, and harmonize master data systems and processes.Data Quality & Integrity Ensure high-quality master data by performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and regularly reviewing key parameters (e.g., yield, lead time, buffer stocks, vendor costs).Automation & Process Improvement Drive automation and harmonization of data maintenance processes to improve efficiency and consistency.Project & Change Management Lead and support initiatives, enhancements, and projects related to master data and reporting, including functional specifications, design reviews, testing phases, and user training.Training & Knowledge Sharing Train Master Data team members and other departments on tools, processes, and best practices, including organizing and conducting training sessions.Stakeholder Engagement Partner with internal and external business functions to ensure global master data is maintained at the highest quality level.Continuous Improvement & Documentation Document lessons learned, develop contingency plans, and support continuous improvement efforts aligned with organizational standards like One Renesas.Key Performance Measures :

Data Analysis & Problem-Solving Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights. VBA / Python skillsStakeholder Communication Ability to work with Planners, Operations, IT, and Suppliers to align supply chain strategies.Process Optimization Experience in LEAN, Six Sigma , or other continuous improvement methodologiesERP & Analytics Tools Hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, IBP, Kinaxis, or Python for automation and analysisProject Management Ability to manage cross-functional projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologiesSemiconductor Supply Chain Understanding of wafer fabrication, assembly, and test processes, long lead times, and capacity constraintsSupply Chain Planning & Execution Familiarity with concepts like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Management, Inventory Optimization, and Logistics.ERP & APS Systems Familiarity with SAP S / 4HANA, Kinaxis Rapid Response or other advanced planning systemsData Analytics & Reporting Understanding of data models, SQL, dashboards (Power BI / Tableau), and KPIs like cycle time, OTD, and inventory turns.Excellent Business English, written and verbal communication skills.Qualifications
University degree or master's in mechanical / industrial engineering / mathematics5-8 years of overall experience ind. SAP system knowledge4+ years of experience with technical and commercial responsibility, preferable in the semiconductor related industryMust have Basic Supply Chain Management (SCM) Knowledge.This role involves 90% of Data Analysis and 10% of reporting.Strong conceptual problem solving, and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiationAbility to think creatively and produce innovative solutionsOwn initiative and resilienceProject Management Certification is a plusAdditional Information
