Role Objective

Lead and manage the end-to-end Business Correspondent (BC) operations to ensure seamless delivery of banking services through BC partners / agents, drive financial inclusion goals, and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning :
• Develop and implement BC channel strategy to expand rural / under-banked outreach.
• Forecast and allocate budgets, resources, and KPIs for BC operations.
• Operations Management :
• Oversee onboarding, training, and monitoring of BC agents and partner organizations.
• Ensure smooth cash management, transaction processing, and service delivery at BC outlets.
• Compliance & Risk Control :
• Ensure adherence to RBI and bank policies, AML / KYC norms, and information security standards.
• Monitor fraud risk, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Technology & Process :
• Liaise with IT teams for CBS / AEPS / UPI integration and system uptime.
• Drive process automation, MIS reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Performance Management :
• Set targets, review productivity, and implement incentive programs for BC agents.
• Conduct regular field visits and partner reviews.
• Stakeholder Coordination :
• Work with product, marketing, and compliance teams for new initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external BC network partners and regulators
