₹30,000 – ₹90,000 per month (based on experience)

Role & Responsibilities

Design and develop

Western wear collections

including dresses, co-ords, jumpsuits, tops, and gowns.

Research global and Indian

fashion trends

and adapt them into brand-specific designs.

Oversee

sampling, fittings, and creative garment development

(not production supervision).

Create

sketches, mood boards, and CAD designs .

Select

fabrics, trims, and accessories

suitable for Western silhouettes.

Work with

sampling, pattern-making, and production teams

to ensure design accuracy.

Ensure proper

fitting, finishing, and quality standards

in garments.

Contribute to

seasonal range planning

and collection launches.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience : Minimum 2 years in

Western wear / Indo-Western fashion design .

Proficiency in

Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW .

Strong knowledge of

silhouettes, draping, and garment construction .

Creativity with a keen eye for detailing and finishing.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to relocate to Surat for a full-time, on-site role.
