Manage customer queries with professionalism and clarity across all travel verticals. Demonstrate knowledge of global travel processes and handle bookings using GDS or relevant platforms (preferred). Ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the booking lifecycle. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
