Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate interviews, onboarding logistics, and employment documentation.Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor payments.Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed.Maintain accurate HR records and assist with compliance audits.Serve as a local HR helpdesk representative, ensuring a seamless employee experience.???? About YouBachelor’s degree in human resources, Social Sciences, or related field.Minimum 3 years of HR administration or generalist experience.Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.Previous experience in shared-services or multinational environments is a plus.????
