Role Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR processes and must have prior experience using Keka HRMS for core HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, attendance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)
- Maintain and update employee records using Keka HRMS
- Handle payroll processing and coordinate with finance for disbursements
- Track and manage attendance, leaves, and shift schedules
- Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding activities
- Support HR operations and compliance documentation
- Generate reports and analytics from Keka for management reviews
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1–2 years of experience in HR operations rolesMandatory experience with Keka HRMSProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong communication and organizational skillsHigh level of confidentiality and professionalismSalary : Negotiable, based on experience and skills
