Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution : Coordinate all operational aspects of events including logistics, vendor management, registrations, venue coordination, and on-ground execution.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Liaise with venues, production teams, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Have good vendor connections for gifting purposes.
- Budget & Resource Management : Support in preparing and managing operational budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost efficiency.
- On-site Management : Supervise setup, branding, AV, delegate management, and ensure smooth running show during live events.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure all events follow safety regulations, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Post-event Reporting : Support in feedback collection, debriefs, and reporting to measure event success and improvements.
Requirements
Any bachelors degree.3+ years of experience in event operations, preferably in B2B events / conferences / exhibitions.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools / software.Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.Flexibility to travel and work on-site during events.
