🎯 Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive at Frizty, you’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

This is a high-growth role for someone who loves creativity, data-driven marketing, and problem-solving.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads for performance marketing.

Collaborate with influencers and creators for UGC, testimonials, and ad campaigns.

Develop and implement campaign strategies for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Frizty’s website.

Work with the design team to create engaging ad creatives, reels, and social media posts.

Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, conversions, and report actionable insights.

Research trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the D2C space.

Assist in festive campaigns, product launches, and brand collaborations.

Ensure consistency with Frizty’s brand voice and visual identity.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (D2C / consumer brand experience is a plus).

Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.

Strong grasp of social media trends, influencer marketing, and UGC content.

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.

Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
