Job description5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors , with at least 3+ years in ONB 2.0. Strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Employee Central (EC) . Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects . Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture , data models, and integration points. Experience with SAP CPI , Integration Center , and Document Management Services is a plus. SAP SuccessFactors certifications in ONB 2.0, RCM, or EC preferred. Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and lead small teams. Bachelor’s or Master's degree, HRIS, or related field. Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models. SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Onboarding 2.0 module. Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment.

Role Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) , Recruiting Management (RCM) , and Employee Central (EC) . The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support for global client, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and integration across modules.
Key Responsibilities :
Implementation & Project Delivery
- Lead and deliver full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 , including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Integrate ONB 2.0 with RCM and EC , ensuring data consistency and process alignment.
- Design and configure custom onboarding workflows, panels, and business rules.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for ONB 2.0, RCM, and EC modules.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend best practices and innovations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and third-party vendors.
