About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI applications, with strong knowledge of LLM fine-tuning and integrations.
- You will work on cutting-edge AI solutions, enabling enterprises to adopt and scale GenAI use cases effectively.
- This role is with a service-based company, so flexibility, adaptability, and client-handling skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, etc.Implement LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering for client-specific use cases.Build end-to-end AI pipelines including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.Integrate LLMs with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Clients) to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, ML, and LLM frameworks.Required Skills & Experience :
2+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering with a focus on LLM development and integration.Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch / TensorFlow preferred).Experience with OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.Hands-on with LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).Experience in building GenAI applications, APIs, and chatbots.Understanding of MLOps, deployment on cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) is a plus.Ability to work in a remote, service-company environment with multiple clients / projects.What We Offer :
