About the Role

We are seeking a

Data Scientist specialized in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, and NLP

to join our team. This is a

client-facing role

where you will design and deliver scalable AI / ML solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work on cutting-edge technologies such as

RAG architectures, multi-agent AI frameworks, and LLM optimization

while collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into AI / ML solutions.

Design and implement

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

for knowledge-intensive tasks.

Apply

prompt engineering techniques

to optimize LLM performance.

Develop

agentic AI workflows

using multi-agent and autonomous frameworks.

Fine-tune and deploy

NLP / Generative AI models

for summarization, Q&A, and conversational AI use cases.

Document structured reasoning chains to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Collaborate with engineering teams to

integrate AI solutions into client environments .

Required Skills

4–7 years of experience in

AI / ML, NLP, or Generative AI .

Proven experience in

client-facing roles

with strong communication skills.

Hands-on expertise with frameworks such as

LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex

(or similar).

Strong programming skills in

Python , with experience in

PyTorch / TensorFlow

and

Hugging Face .

Proficiency in

vector databases

(Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma).

Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to Have

Experience in

end-to-end GenAI product development

(from POC to production).

Background in

LLM fine-tuning and optimization .

Knowledge of

Responsible AI practices

and

Data Governance .
