Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram for a Fresher Education Counsellor. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students with educational and career advice, providing expert counseling, and assisting with college selection, application processes, and documentation. You will also support students in understanding admission timelines, entrance requirements, and making informed decisions tailored to their goals.

• Expertise or knowledge in Educational Consulting and Education-related fields
• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to provide effective guidance
• Excellent communication abilities for engaging with students and parents
• Organizational skills to manage tasks, adhere to timelines, and maintain records
• Passion for helping students achieve academic and professional success
• Graduation in any field, preferably with a background or interest in education
• Basic computer literacy for managing online tools and systems
