Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day production operations of steel conduits and accessories.

Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

Coordinate with factory personnel to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.

Monitor raw material usage and report shortages or issues.

Implement and follow safety guidelines in the production area.

Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to manufacturing standards.

Report daily production output to management.

Requirements :

Minimum 23 years of experience in a manufacturing / production role, preferably in metal fabrication or related industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to handle manpower allocation and resolve on-floor issues.

Familiarity with quality control processes.

Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance is a plus.
