Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in Jaipur. The Caller will handle daily communication with students or clients, provide information regarding course details, and address queries. They will follow up on inquiries, maintain interaction logs, and ensure excellent customer support. The role also involves building and maintaining engagement with potential candidates to assist them in their exam preparation journey.
Qualifications
Effective communication and active listening skills for engaging with individuals
Interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster strong client engagement
Ability to maintain accurate records and multitask organizational activities
Problem-solving skills and empathy in handling customer queries
Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools
Prior experience in customer support or education-related roles is an advantage
Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualifications
