Product Manager (Bilingual – Japanese / English)

Division : Trust & Safety | Product Area : TnS Tools | Location : India (Hybrid / Remote)

We're looking for a bilingual Product Manager (Japanese bilingual) to lead the development for one of our tools in the Trust & Safety division. This platform powers how our teams handle user reports, escalations, and moderation—critical to keeping our marketplace safe and trustworthy.

What You'll Do

Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for the Tool.

Partner with Engineering, Design, CS, TnS and Related teams to build scalable internal tools.

Translate operational needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

Define KPIs, run experiments, and use data to guide decisions.

Ensure features support risk detection, abuse prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Bridge communication between Japan-based teams and global stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Native / near-native Japanese + business-level English. Preferred N2 / N3 / Level 2 / Level 3 of Japanese Proficiency

7+ years of Product Management or related experience.

Strong track record with internal tools, platforms, or workflow systems.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Data-driven mindset and ability to define measurable outcomes.
