Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect / QA Lead with strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, and AI-powered testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, intelligent test automation solutions, drive best practices, and guide teams in adopting modern automation strategies that enhance quality, speed, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect, design, and implement enterprise-level automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Mabl, Testim, Functionize, Applitools) for smart test creation, maintenance, and analytics.
• Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices across multiple projects and teams.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate automation into CI / CD pipelines and cloud-based environments.
• Build and maintain end-to-end test automation suites for web, API, and microservices.
• Drive adoption of self-healing and visual validation tests to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
• Perform code reviews and mentor automation engineers on technical design and test implementation.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure automation efficiency and test coverage.
• Stay updated with emerging AI and ML trends in testing and continuously enhance automation frameworks.
