Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products / services.
• Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information.
• Maintain call records and follow up with interested leads.
• Achieve daily / weekly call and conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
