Enterprise Engineering Leader for a global Asset Management organisation

• Part of Enterprise Systems team, this role will work closely with business stakeholders and product managers and drive the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise systems across our technology landscape. Will work with a global team of full-stack software developers to deliver a seamless digital experience for our clients and other stakeholders.
• Design and develop end-to-end architecture for enterprise platforms, including Risk & Compliance platforms, Surveillance, and monitoring, Legal enterprise solutions, ERM, SOX, Employee portals and Intranet and custom-built systems.
• Lead and grow a high-performing global engineering team, guide engineering teams on system design, scalability, security, and data architecture best practices.
