Key Responsibilities :
- Own and evolve Footprints brand architecture, messaging, and positioning
- Build and lead national and regional brand campaigns that drive admissions and market leadership
- Develop localized brand strategies for micro-markets and individual centers
- Partner with digital and performance teams to ensure brand + growth integration
- Create insight-led brand narratives (social, web, video, influencer, offline) that build strong parent trust
- Manage and optimize brand presence on digital review platforms and aggregators
- Conceptualize and execute on-ground activations, events, and partnerships with parenting communities
- Conduct brand audits and maintain a high standard of brand representation
- What Were Looking For :
- 5- 8 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably with multi-location consumer brands (retail, edtech, or D2C)
- Proven ability to translate brand campaigns into measurable growth metrics (leads & admissions)
- Strong understanding of omnichannel brand building digital + offline
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup
- Passion for education, parenting, and purpose-driven brands
