Lead Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Presales Consultant with strong expertise in proposal writing, bid management, and solution consulting . The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling, high-quality proposals and lead strategic presales activities throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal writing , including solution design, value proposition, articulation, and final submissions.
• Own and manage the bid management process , ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive RFP / RFI responses.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and discovery calls with clients to understand business needs.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and POCs tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery, design, product, finance) to validate technical and commercial feasibility.
• Develop solution architectures, frameworks, case studies, and reusable presales collateral.
• Support sales teams throughout the entire sales cycle—qualification to closure—with strong domain and technical insights.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain a well-organized repository of proposals, templates, and presales artefacts for future use.
