Job Description :
- Client & Partner Engagement : Travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers to strengthen business relationships and ensure effective coordination.
- Sales Support : Accompany channel partner teams during pre-sales and post-sales activities, including policy discussions, documentation, and claim settlement assistance.
- Business Development : Work closely with channel partners to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Performance Evaluation : Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business goals through consistent sales performance and relationship management.
- Market Knowledge : Stay updated on product offerings, competitor activities, and market trends to support effective sales strategies.
- Customer Service : Provide prompt support and guidance to customers, ensuring smooth claim processing and customer satisfaction.
Required Candidate Profile :
Age : 21 to 38 years.Education : Graduate in any discipline.Minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in life insurance sales.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused professional.Skills Required
