Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sr manager / Director-level and above roles

Build and maintain leadership talent pipelines

Influence senior stakeholders and hiring decisions

Translate business needs into compelling job narratives

Deliver high-touch candidate experiences

Collaborate with global and regional recruiting teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Proven success in leadership hiring across industries

Strong executive presence and stakeholder management

Expertise in sourcing tools and ATS platforms

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
