Vice President (VP) : - (Total Experience 15-20 Years, Minimum of 5 -8 years' experience in system implementation project management and Back-Office operations management)
Key Responsibilities :
o Planning and promotion of data maintenance tasks for new trade system implementation
o Identify all master and static data services to be required
o Define process flows – “requester” to “data setup” to “amendments”
o Prepare System and Operation manuals to maintain master and static data
o Execute UAT for data maintenance operations and manage issues identified
o Liaise with End Users, Vendors and Head Office in migration and other project tasks
o Run BAU data maintenance after system release
Task Management & Reporting
o Support project team as a Subject Matter Expert in the management of master and static data
o Monitor task progress of the user side, conduct issue & risk management, and provide support for solving them
o Provide insights and feedback for project planning
o Other regular reporting such as task progress and challenges
Role-Specific Duties :
Vice President (VP) :
o Strategically lead project team with full ownership.
o Mentor junior team members and act as a thought leader.
o Represent the organization in discussions with top management and external stakeholders.
o Planning and promotion of user tasks from data maintenance perspective
o Manage BAU data maintenance after system release
Required Skills / Experiences / Personalities :
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
2. Experience in system implementation project management, or Back-Office trade operations.
3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
4. Conduct end-to-end process reviews, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements aligned with regulatory and operational standards.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements related to data maintenance of trade systems. (Mandatory for VP / AVP).
6. Strong understanding of trade finance systems, master and static data.
7. Liaise with IT, business users, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies.
10. Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario creation, issue tracking, and resolution.
11. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
12. Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
