Role Overview

The Project Manager (Team Leader) will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media strategies and campaigns. This role requires hands-on experience in social media management, analytics, and team coordination to ensure impactful and value-driven digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1.Define, plan, and implement effective social media strategies for the organization.

2.Manage end-to-end social media campaigns, including daily operations and execution.

3.Maintain and enhance the company’s presence across various social networking platforms.

4.Engage with the audience by initiating dialogues and responding to queries appropriately.

• 5.Establish and monitor benchmarks to measure the impact of social media programs;

analyze, review, and report campaign effectiveness.

6.Track emerging trends in social media tools, applications, and best practices.

7.Provide regular feedback, insights, and analytical reports demonstrating the value derived from social media initiatives.

8.Deliver high-quality presentations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.

9.Exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.

10.Utilize social media content management systems and analytical tools with hands-on proficiency.

11.Maintain appropriate web etiquette to ensure messages are conveyed accurately and professionally.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1.MBA with a minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience.

2.Minimum 5 years of experience working on government projects (mandatory).

3.Minimum 2 years of experience leading social media management projects as a Team Leader.

4.Proven expertise in managing high-impact social media campaigns and analytics.

5.Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

6.Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver within deadlines.
