Space Planning Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Mumbai. The role involves developing innovative interior design concepts, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, creating space plans, designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors, and overseeing projects from conception to completion. The Interior Designer will also prepare construction drawings, select FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and expertise in Interior Design
• Knowledge of Architecture and ability to create detailed Construction Drawings
• Experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and specifications
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in design software and technology tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in interior design or related industries
