Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Centre Head to lead our preschool. The ideal candidate will manage academics, staff, admissions, parent relationships, and day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Academic & Curriculum Implementation
- Ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Monitor classroom activities and provide guidance to teachers for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and child-centric learning environment.
2. Staff Management
Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and ensure professional development.Create a positive and motivating workplace culture.3. Parent Engagement & Communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and events.Address parent concerns promptly and professionally.Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and orientation programs.4. Business & Admissions
Drive student admissions by executing marketing and outreach activities.Achieve enrolment targets while ensuring high levels of retention.Represent the preschool brand in the local community through events and partnerships.5. Operations & Compliance
Oversee daily operations of the centre, including facilities management and safety protocols.Ensure compliance with institutional policies, local regulations, and statutory requirements.Manage budgets, resources, and reporting as required by the management.Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education / Education / Management preferred.Minimum 4–6 years of experience in preschool / education sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Experience in admissions, parent relations, and staff management will be an added advantage.Compensation :
