Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance and load testing, a solid programming background (preferably in Java), and hands-on experience with tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Grafana, and Dynatrace.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet high standards of performance, scalability, and reliability by designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests. This role involves close collaboration with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to proactively identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvements across products.

Key Responsibilities :

Performance and Load Testing :

• Develop, execute, and maintain performance and load testing scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter to validate application scalability and reliability under varying load conditions.

System Profiling and Optimization :

Required Qualifications & Skills :
