Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support one or more agile teams within our Agile Release Train (ART). You will play a critical role in enabling high-performing teams to deliver innovative, responsible AI solutions for the banking sector. This role requires a deep understanding of SAFe, Agile principles, and the unique challenges of product development.

Key Responsibilities

Team Facilitation & Agile Coaching

• Facilitate Planning Increment (PI) events, and all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Coach the team on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.
