What You’ll Do
Sales Activities
Understand potential customer needs and present how our platform can help them.
Deliver engaging demos and walkthroughs of product features.
Qualify leads and support the sales funnel with proactive outreach.
Work closely with sales leadership to shape acquisition and retention strategies.
Customer Support
Be the first point of contact for customer queries across channels like email, and live chat.
Troubleshoot issues, provide effective solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain deep product knowledge to assist users confidently and efficiently.
Log customer feedback and interactions to inform internal teams.
Relationship Building
Foster strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
Regularly check in with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Look for opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and increase product engagement.
Reporting & Collaboration
Share insights on customer interactions and performance with internal teams.
Collaborate with marketing and product to feed customer input into product innovation.

Who You Are
1 - 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS (customer success, support, sales, or similar roles)
Customer-obsessed with great communication and problem-solving skills
A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and working with cross-functional teams
