Key Responsibilities

• Review tender drawings, specs & BOQs to identify scope, gaps, and clarifications.
• Design and validate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Protection systems.
• Perform QTOs and prepare detailed cost estimates and priced BOQs.
• Prepare technical bid documents : compliance sheets, design notes, execution plans, VE options.
• Support sales with technical presentations and pre-bid discussions.
• Coordinate with OEMs / vendors for technical offers and budgetary quotes.
• Ensure all proposals meet relevant codes and client specifications.
• Handle technical queries throughout bid evaluation.
