Are you passionate about curating unforgettable travel experiences? We are hiring for an exciting Sales position in the Outbound Leisure Travel segment, focused on crafting customized holiday packages for premium destinations like Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Designation : Sales Manager / Sales Executive Outbound Leisure Holidays

Job Location : Indiranagar, Bangalore / Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience Required :

Sales Executive : 2-4 years
Sales Manager : 7-10 years (with at least 4 years in a senior / managerial role in the travel industry)

Key Responsibilities

Understand client preferences, budgets, and travel interests to create tailor-made holiday packages.

Prepare and present detailed custom itineraries for Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and other international destinations.

Generate new leads, convert walk-ins / inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with B2C or HNI clients.

Stay updated with the latest travel trends, hotels, tours, and visa norms for outbound destinations.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business through personalized service.

✅ Desired Profile

Prior experience in selling customized international holiday packages.

Deep destination knowledge, especially for Europe, Australia, or New Zealand.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

CRM knowledge and ability to manage multiple client portfolios.

A customer-first attitude with attention to detail and service excellence.
